Why You Should Support the WGA Writers

I don’t personally know any WGA writers or any of the bigwigs trying to prevent them from getting their fair share of the profits.  However, I’m a television viewer, who watches what the writers write, not what the studios write.  I want my writers back!  I don’t want “Heroes” to have a premature season finale.  I don’t want “Samantha Who?” to disappear.  I want all the “Chuck”, “Reaper”, “Heroes”, etc., episodes that I can get.  If you know any of these rich studio heads - tell them that taking more than their share of the profits is crappy.  No one watches tv shows or movies because of studio heads, we watch them because of writers and actors.  Without them, there’s nothing.  Signed, “I Want My TV!”

1. We tape Reaper every week for my son (because it’s on after his bed time). He was seriously disappointed to discover that last night’s episode was a repeat.
   Here’s hoping the strike is resolved soon and, in the writers favour.
