Idiot of the Day - Samuel Alito
Oh Sammy, Barbie would so understand.
From today’s hearings: “It𠏋 what we call in law school the slippery slope and if you start answering the easy questions you are going to be sliding down the ski run into the hard questions, and that𠏋 what I𠍿 not so happy to do.” - Samuel Alito
Why on earth would a candidate for the Supreme Court want to do such a silly thing as answer a “hard” question? I mean, isn’t it true that the Supreme Court is the place where we answer the really easy stuff? It’s The People’s Court who decides the really tough stuff. On tv. In twenty-two minutes. The Supreme Court, they just play dress-up.
