Flippy - I Rant, You Read

I was told that it was in the 70’s in Rochester, NY on Wednesday
I call global warming. Must watch Al Gore’s movie, especially since Leigh-Ann is working on the website for the distributors’ new movie on Iraq.
Please, please, please, Al Gore run in 2008. I think we need you, very badly. I’m not sure that I even care who your running mate is, as long as it isn’t Hillary. She has too many enemies, plus even lots of those of us who agree with her politics most of the time just don’t like her. You’ve been a new man since you “lost” (although we all KNOW that didn’t happen) Save us. We need you.

I live near Binghamton, NY… and yes, it was 55 when I got up this morning, and I left the house without a coat. It feels very wrong. I’m supposed to have to scrap the ice off the windshield in the morning. Not hit the wipers to abolish the dew.
The river never really dropped to normal summer water level either- it’s stayed a foot higher than normal. We’ll have yet another flood this spring. We only had 3 floods this year, and the June was the worst seen in the area in the last 100 years. Hrm. Flooding and extreme warmth. I have the terrible feeling my house on the hill is going to be beachfront in a decade.

Yeah, and it was the same yesterday. But never fear, the snow is coming this way. This was tres unusual for this time of year. I will be glad to see some of the white stuff for Christmas, makes it so much easier for Santa and all that.

Bah. I still dream of the Green Kissmooses I had as a child… in Florida.
