“Credit”
Want to know how swimmingly everything is going for me? I yelled up at the dog to stop barking, “Credit!” Her name is Cricket. Gah. Perhaps my brain and wallet can be found together. I want off this rollercoaster, it’s starting to make me motion sick.
And, in other news - “Heroes” is back and it’s still great, “Gilmore Girls” is back and it still sucks without Amy Sherman-Palladino (the snappy dialogue that used to be witty is now annoying, and April just WILL NOT DIE), “The Shield” is back and it’s still good, “The Riches” is what most of you aren’t watching but should be, “24” became too violent for me, “Survivor” is boring me this season, “The Amazing Race” is a little less amazing but still interesting, my fantasy baseball team is pretty good even though I have the least home runs in the league & my pitchers have the least wins, Hillary & Barack should step aside for Al Gore & Bill (Richardson), after I cleaned the leaves out of the pool we’ve had three days of voracious winds, and that gets you all caught up.
Next entry: Happy 1st Surgery Anniversary to Me and My Surgeon Previous entry: Still no blog entries, but I've got kittens to tide you over-
I think I concur on all those things.
Well, I don’t hate April as much as you do, but I’m not a fan.Jack's Raging Mommy on 04/24 at 07:05 AM -
I hate April more than I hate any character on television, and more than I hate any person I have known in real life…except for three people. :D Every time she comes on the screen, I can’t help but blurt out, “Gah, I hate April. They have to kill her off.” Of course, since the show might be done for good on May 15th and it won’t matter anymore. I’m really looking forward to ASH’s next project - “The Return of Jezebel James”.

Hey, JRM, are you watching “The Riches”? I haven’t found anyone yet that we know who is also watching. It’s so good, and unique.

I had hope for the first few post-Palladino episodes of GG, on the theory that no Amy (bad) also meant no Daniel (awesome) and maybe the new people in charge wouldn’t be so burnt out that they’d make their characters act like complete assholes for a year for no good reason.
But damned if they didn’t fall right into the same all-about-boyfriends ditch that Amy had. About the fourth time this season they introduced a potential love triangle, I gave up. Now I’m just hoping for a Lane’s-band spinoff that for some reason would have the senior Gilmores as guest stars every other week or so.
Hope you feel better soon!
