White Food
I’m trying to see how quickly I can suffer from malnutrition by only eating cheap white food. So far, the experiment is very successful. I feel like I’m walking against the wind with weights tied on to me, even though I’ve actually lost a lot of weight in the past month. I just read a book about life in North Korea, so I’m thankful that I’m not eating weeds from the yard or the dogs…yet.

Who Built This House???
I want to know what the people who built our house were thinking. The faucets in the master bathroom (two of them) are backwards (hot/cold) the one in the hallway bathroom is correct, the one in the kitchen is backwards and the washing machine hook up is backwards. The house was built for someone handicapped (wide doorways, hallway, easy to open door handles, low switches, master bathroom has railings), but is it normal to slant the floor into a room going up, so it’s downhill coming out? It’s like living in a funhouse mirror. Well, kind of. Also, the kitchen has a large overhead light, which only has ONE switch, which is OUTSIDE of the kitchen, so if you’re in the kitchen and want the big light on, you have to walk around a counter to get to a wall on the other side of the stove. It’s just weird. There are extra outlets (and double/triple switches for dining light & living room lights/fans) all over the place, although not a single one in the hallway. It’s like a mentally ill and physically disabled person designed and built the house. Some things are extra convenient, and others are extra annoying. Plus, all of our lights are burning out in the same week. WTH?

Happy Anniversary - A Quickie
It’s that day that comes every year I do NaBloPoMo, where I wish both my partner and my parents a happy anniversary. We’re just 45 years behind them. Hmm, that would make me 91 when we caught up. But, awwww, wouldn’t that be cute, two little old cat ladies celebrating their 58th anniversary?

This is a test of the emergency iPod system
I posted a blog entry yesterday from my iPod and it disappeared. That’s crappy not only for NaBloPoMo reasons, but the fact that it took me so damned long to write. I was writing about my lovely newfound insomnia and then I came back and it was gone. Poopy! Let’s try again. Oh yeah, and I was promising to finish my half-written tales of many crappy realtors, one totally excellent one and a couple of ones who did their jobs. I’m only going to name two names though, the best and the one who made promises, wasted our time and then ditched us. I will quote her just to make sure I’m on firm legal ground. That was so many months ago and I still can’t get over not only her deceitful
behavior, but her stupidity. She knew the loan was already approved, yet she still ditched us, costing her an easy commission.
