Happy NaBloPoMo - The Posting Returns ‘07

Hooray, something to force me to blog, because this year, I want prizes, dammit.  Or, I want prizes for Laurie!  Speaking of Laurie, MommyBloggers has added the phenomenal Laurie as a contributing author.  I’m writing about this in the NaBloPoMo entry because that’s when Laurie & I met, when we were both whining about not winning any prizes.  It seems like it’s been longer than a year, but I guess it’s been a long year for the both of us.  Some good, some bad, but we’ve both been fortunate to have good friends to see us through the tough times.

So, everyone who wants to join, NaBloPoMo (interNational Blog Posting Month) starts today, and you don’t want to miss a day or you don’t qualify for a rad prize.

Yes, that’s write (ahaha, a knee slapper, “write”, get it?), I blogknow (and oooh, I’m going to go in for the rhyme) Rosemary Rowe, who will be one of five finalists on CBC’s Canada Writes, the radio game show.  If you’re in Canada, listen to it on November 20th, 21st and 22nd on CBC Radio One at 11:30am and again at 7:30p.  In the US, CBC radio streams on the CBC website, yay for us!  GoRoGo!

Not only that, Rose and her betrothed, Kate, will be pledged into matrimonial bliss on November 17th, so it’s a good week for them.  And hey, for us too, it’ll be our 10th anniversary.
